A pair of identical twins got away with a jewel heist because it couldn't be determined which one left DNA at the crime scene.

It was described as an almost perfect crime. In March 2009 identical twins got away with a jewel heist. It was almost perfect, because even though there was DNA evidence, it couldn’t be pinned to either twin specifically.
So, the police were unable to present their case before the court. Both twins denied partaking in the heist and thus it couldn’t be determined which had committed the crime. For any identical twins out there... what have you gotten away with thanks to having a twin?
